Planning for Sustainable Growth in Pulborough

We’re pleased to be supporting the transport planning strategy for a proposed development of up to 100 new homes to the north of Pulborough, West Sussex.

Our involvement includes preparing a pre-application Transport Statement, a Framework Travel Plan and a Transport Assessment.

We’ve undertaken detailed analysis of existing traffic patterns, projected future demand and contributed to the design of safe, efficient access arrangements for all road users.

It’s rewarding to be part of a scheme that seeks to deliver much-needed housing alongside carefully considered, sustainable transport solutions. We’re also delighted to have worked in collaboration with MCA Architects on this project.
